Company scale 　 Established in 1998，Xinxiang Wende Xiangchuan Printing Ink Co ., Ltd are a large-scaled ,professional and hi-tech enterprise with a total area of 86,000 square meters and with a staff of more than 260 people including 36 technicians,  for manufacturing various printing inks. The head office was registered with a capital of 51 million RMB,which has three subsidiaries: Xiangchuan Printing Ink Company limited of Henan, Xiangchuan Printing Ink Company limited of Huixian city and Xiangchuan Logistics company. Product s and characteristics⑴“Xiangchuan”series of cold-set web offset printing inks concluding cylinder offset ink for newspaper , books and magainzes.It has three grades:high grade, medium and low,which are suitable to different types of homebred and importing wide-format equipments with running velocities of 30000-60000、70000-100000 and 100000-150000 printing impressions respectively.The colour ink’s annual production is about 3000 tons, and black ink’s annul production is about 3000 tons. ⑵ Thermal curable web offset printing ink’s annual production is 5000 tons.This product adopts soybean oil as main raw meterial ,it has come up to the requirement of environmentally protection,which is the new green printing ink.It has more broader applicability,high drying viscosity,and excellent on-machine stability. And it’s transferring rate and halftone dots do remain fixedness with the change of speed, time and temperature. ⑶ Sheetfed offset printing inks conclude environmentally-friendly glossy offset printing ink, glossy quick set offset printing ink, non-skinning glossy quick set offset printing ink within 50 hours, resin offset printing ink ,offset synthetic paper printing ink and UV printing ink.These products’annual production are about 3000 tons,suitable to velocity of 6000-12000 print per hour. ⑷ Metal decorating inks and white coating for various metal cans : annual production are about 2000 tons,which are applicable in the single colour or multi-colour metal decorating machine or common stone lithography machine to print the lables of high temperature-resistant and disinfect decorative printing products. ⑸With 2000 tons’ annual production,plastic printing inks also include gravure offset composed printing ink,gravure offset surface printing ink,gravure surface printing ink and flexographic printing ink for plastic pouch,which are suitable to all kinds of plastic packaging products. ⑹ Alcohol Based Gravure Printing Ink on Paper , is newly developed by our company, which is manufactured with excellent quality resins, pigments and auxiliaries as  well, and they are used to print all types of paper packages. It has the characteristic of excellent printing and environmentally friendly. It’s annual production is about 2000 tons. ⑺Our products are exported to many foreign countries of Europe ,Southeast Asia,Africa, America and Oceania and so on. Quality assurance  Our production is completely in full accordance with the international technology standard .Furthermore,we adopt Microcomputer tester and the most advanced Japanese technology. We also have perfect quality assurance systems and have passed ISO9001:2000 and ISO14001:2004.
